We (Dr. Zuhaib Ali and team) are thrilled to announce a significant evolution in our services. After years of dedicated work and an overwhelmingly positive response from our community, we’re taking a major step forward in our mission to establish state-of-the-art mental health services in Pakistan.

The what and why

The growing demand for our services has been tremendous—so much that our waiting times increased from a couple of days to three to four weeks. While this was manageable for comprehensive assessments, we recognized it wasn’t ideal for clients with more immediate needs. Scaling quality mental health care is challenging, but we’re finally in a position to address this issue properly.

We’re excited to announce our move to a purpose-built clinic designed from the ground up, along with an expansion of our practitioner team. This represents a significant leap toward our greater ambition of eventually democratizing quality mental health care across Pakistan.

What is changing?

1. Increased Availability: We are now available in-person 6 days of the week (up from two), and have increased our clinical hours. Waiting times, for now, have come down from 10-25 days to 6-12 days.
2. New Location: We have moved to a new, carefully selected location (details below).
3. Streamlined Appointments: Self-booking is now available to reduce scheduling conflicts. For booking queries you may now reach us on our email address frontdesk@diip.org apart from our WhatsApp number (03007133000).
4. Clinical Correspondence: All clinical communications will now be handled through: care.zuhaib@diip.org

Our New Home: Diip House

Our new clinic is located at Al-Rehmat, a semi-commercial project by Bahria Town, Lahore. We selected this location for its accessibility to multiple areas including Johar Town, Model Town, Wapda Town, Walton Road (and CBD), and the phases of DHA near Packages Mall and Ferozpur Road.

While situated in the busy locality of Kot Lakhpat, the serenity of this gated community creates an ideal environment for our practice. The location reflects our commitment to serving the entire city while providing a calm space for healing. You can find the new clinic here: diip.house.
