Request deletion from the app
If you can sign in to the Diip mobile app, open Settings, choose Delete Account, review the deletion notice, and submit the request. This creates a verified request for our privacy team.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@diip.org from the email address or phone number associated with your account. Include your full name and the phone number used for Diip sign-in.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What we delete
When your request is processed, we delete your account data and non-clinical information within 30 days.
Clinical records are retained for continuity of care and professional medical standards. As described in our Privacy Policy, clinical records are de-identified and unlinked from your account rather than destroyed.
Response timeline
We respond to privacy requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or we need additional identity verification, we will contact you using your registered contact details.
