We're building something from scratch.
One integrated team in Lahore. Psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologists, OTs, and nurses sharing cases and standards under the same roof.
Most clinics in Pakistan operate as loose collections of independent practitioners who happen to share a waiting room.
At Diip, you join the core team. You work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologists, internists, OTs, and nurses who actually talk to each other, share cases, and build protocols together.
We're also building an academic culture: the kind where senior clinicians supervise junior ones, where everyone teaches and everyone learns, and where your clinical thinking gets sharper over time instead of calcifying.
Who we're looking for.
People who want to be part of something integrated, not just rent a room.

Clinical placements for masters students in psychology who want supervised exposure to real assessment and therapy work. This is not an observer badge: interns sit with cases, write, discuss, and get feedback closely.
Open only to current masters students whose university requires or recognizes a clinical placement.
Supervision that goes both ways.
Early in your career, senior clinicians will review your cases, question your formulations, and catch your blind spots. As you grow, you'll do the same for the next intake, supervising interns and guiding junior colleagues. Everyone here is learning and teaching at the same time.
