Diip Medical Floor now has its own reception

Update·August 28, 2026·1 min read

Our front desk has been extremely busy for the past few months, especially given the mounting workload and its broadening range of responsibilities. In order to streamline our services, our OPD (i.e. the Medical Floor) now has its own reception / nursing station. The station has full connectivity (phone and IP) with the Front desk the OPD rooms. It is meant to reduce operational and clinical gaps in our in-clinic OPD services. Also we hope to be extending this station in near future into an in-house pharmacy.

Samia who joined Diip last month as Clinical Assistant will be piloting this new corner. Her role combines nursing support and administrative work. She monitors vital signs, takes blood samples, and maintains clinical documentation, and takes care of infection/quality control of our medical services.
