Marium Nasir is a clinical psychologist (MS, NUST) certified in DBT (C-DBT). She works with adults navigating suspected or diagnosed neurodivergence, anxiety, complex trauma, depression — or all of the above.
Her approach blends mindfulness-based therapy, DBT, CBT, and somatic techniques. Special interests include adult ADHD, AuDHD, gender and sexuality, trauma, and self-esteem.
